this self help bullshit is pure cancer , like the most disgusting thing about it is that they mainly attract weak and young individuals and sell them melodramatic naive motivational crap to make them feel better , its just their way now of making easy money like literally look at his videos he cant even come up with an original title its just a formula at this point whatever gets him the most views with no talent or an insight whatsover
