Please i need help , i have about 3 different software cracked by team VR but anytime i try installing any it pops up with an error that says out of memory and my system has over 100gb free
Please what could be wrong

 

When its says memory its talking about RAM, never had that issue, but the first solution I can think of is close all the apps that are opened (using task manager) and reopen the installer.

 

Had this problem so many times back in the day.. simply clean space on your C: drive and the problem goes away.. and I do mean clean space and plenty of it..

 

I just tried that but it still dosen't work i have a 6Gb ram installed could that be the problem

 

@Boioctave: if you want, pm the 3 VR program links to me for testing...
if they came from here, you would think somebody else would already have mentioned this.
if they came from elsewhere, well, that could be your problem

Does this PC set UAC properly?
If not, please turn off the UAC as well.
Then give the TeamVr app right-click the mouse click to give "administrator privileges".
And, you must also stop WindowsDefender because you try to install a file that is judged to be a "malicious app" for the PC CMD.
Search for UAC and WindowsDefender in Google and operate.

 

My own personal experience with this exact error and with VR installers was pending Windows Updates, believe it or not. Go check for any windows updates and install them, then try vr stuff.

There was a particular VR release that a few of us all had the same issue with. I suggested the Windows updates to the others and it fixed it for them to. Why it does that, I don't know.

 

Try this:
Close everything else
Open the installer but dont click anything else yet
Open task manager and stop the explorer.exe
Now only installer should be opened, everything else left
Proceed with the installer, should work now
When done, you can make new task called explorer, to get working environment back

 

you should get more ram anyway.

 

You could name the releases (while not linking to them), it would make helping you easier.

 

I just tested to install the same release [I tried on another pc] some days ago (The Zenology thang) on my W10 machine and it went smooth.
On the last day of 2020 I was complaining in a topic because it was impossible on my other machine. A dll of some sort ?
I really think there's a link with Windows versioning / updates. My capricious machine is a W7 with a few picked updates installed, the other is an ordinary W10 updated.
Both have pretty good specs, and the W7 is even more powerful. So I don't think this could be linked directly with a ressources problem.

Same Out of Memory error (although I don't remember what file it would have been). I just grabbed all updates until it was done, but I had 20h2 for sure, and a couple smaller ones.

I hope that works. You definitely could use more ram, as someone mentioned but I don't think that's the cause of your issue. I got that out of memory error with 32gb of RAM, and most people have 16 or less.

I think it's probably saying out of memory but really some other error. Who knows though.

 

Yeah, 128GB is not enough to run V.R installations. Damn, I should save up some money... would 256GB be enough? :P

I mean he literally said "my system has over 100gb free". What are you all talking about, RAM or SSD?? Oh well, it's probably SSD which is full. 16GB RAM is not a problem at all.

btw. if your SSD is full, better make a backup soon. It's not healthy for an SSD to be full over about 75%.

Look again... He has 100gb of *hard drive space*.. But 6gb of ram, apparently (quite an odd number, actually, so I'm not sure if he's right on that, but it is possible). He mentioned the ram in the 4th post. Either is fine for an installer, but 6gb obviously is on the low end for audio production. Maybe he meant 16gb though, cause it would be a little odd to have that combo of RAM.

Again, from my own experience with VR install (Arturia Synth Collection 2020.12), the out of memory message is very misleading. For me (and 3 other people installing the same release) it was pending Windows Updates that blocked the install from proceeding. Maybe something different here, but I'd bet it's the same. When I was installing this release, I had 32GB of RAM, and every drive had at least 250GB on it.. so, yeah, that "out of memory" message is completely misleading, IMO.
