Best solution i found: Perfect Ear on Android and iOS, its free for all exercises, includes rhythm training, drills, knowledge and ear training, custom exercises need to be bought extra, along with additional instruments, im doing it now for over a month, and i have improve already by a lot.

for PC/MAC, there is also Ear Master, but the free version is very limited and paid version is quite expensive.

the other stuff i found is not so super or only gives partial solutions.
