what is with tropical house?

 

You have to be more specific, every tropical house expansion works here.

 

My current list I have in my hosts file that I compiled over the last few days from different sources and discussions here and on other sites etc contains these:

Explanation of the IP's and sites:

The first IP in the list is refx.com, the homepage.
The other 3 are the IP's of the amazonaws links that this cracked nexus calls home to (afaik)
web.refx.com is called for updates (I think)
auth.refx.com authenticates and syncs things. Blocking it means that in the nexus log instead of "Sync Upload Failed: likes.csv" etc, it'll show "Can't connect to sync server".


So keep this all in mind if you have a legit Nexus 3 installed, it might cause it to stop syncing and could create issues refreshing your license/when downloading things in the cloud app if you just copy paste the list above. I'd just like to play it safe for the time being. There's no need for nexus to contact these addresses for my use. I just want to make music after all :P

just saw the packs all separated one by one in AN. would be lovely if someone can collect and share in sister. (since most of what's in there collected at sister).

I want to do it just now, but can't download anymore. My account in AN just downgraded to limited and asked to seed/donate for weird reason today. I didn't download anything lately. I guess this is the "shady" thing people been complaining about. wtv

I just posted the icon cache from the ReFX cloud app on the sister site, in the comments of the 170GB archive. This is entirely optional. Installing them shows the icon of the package the preset is from in the top left next to the preset name when you load one like this:

 

I think AN blocks your account if the seed ratio is too low? At least, if I recall correctly, there was a change recently for this, but maybe I'm mistaken. I have stuff constantly in a seedbox so it could be related to activity too... Either way, they should have notified you so you had a chance to correct it in my opinion... It sucks that they just limited you.. (With that I mean a chance to download a new mainstream torrent and seed that or something)

 

I thin the download from the 170gb archive and the content in the actual Win/Mac are different. I dl'd from the Win/Mac post but have a lot of random presets not working. DLing the 170gb archive and going to see if there is a difference and fill in the gaps of the missing samples

 

Thanks. do you know if I can run terminal and add these to the hosts file? Would that do the same thing?
