Dude, this is the thing. It's not "old" vs "young" people, or who's had more life experience and seen more fads come and go... I'm not one for absolutes, but i would be willing to bet that 95% of the people in here hating on NFTs were/(hopefully not still)are the same people who said that BTC was never going to revolutionize anything, and that it was a waste of money.

Although i'd agree that Bitcoin should be worth about as much as the American Dollar should be - which would be whatever amount either is backed by - and that btc has no real utility (only in first, because it was first), the truth is, that Bitcoin, ALONE, has brought on all the possibilities of technological advances that we are seeing now, and will be seeing in the near future. NFT's may very well be some BS, borderline scam, cash-grabs.

But so-friggin-what? Another poster on here mentioned abvout how this has been the art world for CENTURIES - MOST art (talking in terms of the painting world, at least) is pretentious, garbage, and simply a status symbol. And to make this semi-coherant ramble come nearly 3/4 circle...do y'all just hate money, or...?

BTC will be surpassed by ETH sooner or later, who knows, maybe even by another alt coin! And even though it is essentially worthless, IRL, you bet your buns i'll be here to make money off the worthlessness of it.

OP, i'm late to the party, was actually trying to figure out how to list some digital art that i've been making for a while, just the other day, so thanks for the links! this is the main reason i lurk along with probably a lot of other people that never created an account here.

anyway i personally started getting back into oscilloscope music at a base level and thought making an nft of a short gif would be interesting since the oscilliscope gif would have an audio counterpart and was wondering how i could give it a third physical one
