    I am not certain this qualifies but the amazing Phillipe Jarousky as the voice of Farinelli is also high on the list but it is more performance than soundtrack.

    and The girl with all the gifts (movie)
    Geoff Barrow (Portishead) and Ben Salisbury for Ex Machina and Devs (excellent serie and music) you should watch it.
