I wonder how many for real would have bought it? I mean, who in teh hell has $699? If u save a bit more, you have a Virus for example and for me this thing, can do a lot more than this plugin set.

Also there is people, who for sure used it as trial, rather than really would have bought it.

(But thats how companies really calculate their loses ...)

Just downloaded, sitting here on HDD, if i maybe have time to try it.

I for sure know that lots of people that used to have the hardware bought the bundle.
While I agree that some things could be cheaper(for example, compare their dynemic processors with Limitless and Multiplicity and look at the prices), part of them are pure classic(like reverbs).

I used to use the 6000 and 5000 (dual engine) in a studio I worked in..Very finicky but once you get your head around it, it's stunning stuff.
Just used it on a vocal and its as I remember it.. minus the insane converters of course.. still, I'm using this via Audio grid and it feels like the digital send workflow.. minus the awesome remote and cool meters.. Yep, this is the real deal.
But wait... minus the faders there are controllers (with the plug-in) available pretty cheap.
My Guess is there will be a controller to come as it seems they are breaking up their software builds with cheap USB controllers. THe Icon Dock looks awesome and when paired with an Audio Gridder server
it makes for a fantastic, flexible, and powerful solution

Yes. TC Electronics is owned by Music Tribe since 2015. Behringer's synths like the Deepmind 12 have benefit from the acquisition.

No, it really isn't worth fighting for Uli's megalomania and shitty products.

I dont want to get off topic here but if it were not for Uli and the Music Tribe, a lot of people would only dream of owning a classic synth or drum machine even if it is a clone. While every manufacturer has been raising prices, Uli and company have brought affordability back into the game. By the way, not everything from Music Tribe is shitty. They have high end gear that can compete with the best out there.

From what I understand, those synths only look like clones. I don't really hate on them for their gear which tends to be terrible, but for the disgusting behaviour of their CEO. You can get more info on this video

Anyway, I just had a look at the plugins without testing the sound. The GUI is atrocious - both ugly and completely non intuitive. Like a cross between an 80's software and a colorful children's game for iPhone. I'll only keep testing the sound because I know several great producers who love the Powercore versions (or loved, before TC canned them).

Anyone who buys Behringer products deserves all the inevitable sadness and confusion that will eventually come their way.

Behringer was good then shit and now it good again ;every non ignorant knows that .
Just hear a model2 comparing and you know enough .

A lot of bands or their producers wouldnt even exist without behringer because of their utility hybrid units and what ever , for affordable price with good quality.
Yes they still sell a few products from their shitty times like the small xenix mixer's but they are cheap and for some people the right ones ( for sure not for audio production-xenix mixers).

And about that cloning discussion there are always to much left out about current economy and politics and how they doing it.I hate this all globalism and egonomy down cycle but in this case its for the people on times and if you rich enough , go support that small synth dev ,which is i think the minority in the line up and roland did deserve to get cloned .

Anybody really looking forward to running your music through these 22 year "hyper-realistic" old DSP algos? :D
