Of cause the other fact is, that this song is something like a "story-cover-version" of David Bowie's "Space Oddity"

Kissing the Pink were famous mostly for One Step:

but I remember clearly their first success two years earlier, and their videoclip was someway disturbing to me, don't know why:

this thread is getting legendary status and i love all the posts so far ,
which i consider great find for some songs i never heard of
    kudos to all

now i know this was rockwell with MJ - somebodys watching me

    BUT ....
im not sure (if im suffering from mandella effects ) but maybe you guys heard this version before ?
its michael jackson singing - somebody is watching me but without rockwell voice
,MJ sing the verse parts as if hes talking to himself and whispering the verse which same lyrics as rockwell

michael was singing the whole song ,and i swear i heard it on cassette tape
i checked literally EVERYWHERE ,i know someone might have it as mp3 in his collection ,if so please post it here
or pm me the song,im dying to hear that version

The Year 1988-Again straight outta NYC slamming club hit( #3 on the dance/club charts), also famous for using the JB and Lyn Collins scream sample. Yes it became mainstream but it sure was fun as hell at time!

Dancing on Abba, I would vote for 'Lay all your love', of course in the Disconet Remix.
A shoutout by the way to all Disconet and Disco Mix Club (DMC) releases.
IMO, these remix services had a big influence on DJ's, producers and the sound of the future.
Back then I was always super excited if I could get one.
