For those who have ESI Juli@ soundcard (like me, this is one of my soundcards) and who has bugs, problems or who is still waiting an old requests for "choose sample rate"/"auto sample rate mode on/off switch", here is a major update since 2015 for this discontinued gear (haven't tried yet, but this may improve compatibility/stability/performance and fix old annoying problems; for me, this should help, because I have those control panel problems and constant driver crash after reboot). But this is still a cheapest card with veeery good quality audio.

Nice, nearly as old some of mine

got one of those magma boxes as a surprise, a few weeks ago!
suddenly there is new life cycle to these cards

 

Fact is, I don't know, but there are might be other ESI gear drivers updates. Check their site.
