Need Help With Mac Pro Graphics Replacement

    I recently got a Mac Pro (Mid2010)
    3.3 GHz 6 Core Xeon
    48 GB 1333 MHz DDR3


    The graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 6770 1024MB

    Can anyone help with some suggestions on an upgrade? Not looking to do any gaming or vid production. What's in it now seems to lag from time to time. It's frustrating to say the least.
    I greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions!

    Just a suggestion. I've found if you take the card apart ( shown on youtube ) and clean and put new paste on the processor.
    Many times that will fix it. If tech isn't your bag you can buy a Radeon 5770 on ebay cheap.
    BTW it's not a G5
