I'm trying to sell my Live license and I was wondering if all the packs I purchased separately from the Ableton store get transferred to the new license owner as well or if they're permanently stuck in my account.

Yeah, I was young(er) and didn't manage my money too well at the time. Oh well.

 

If you previously owned licenses for any add-on components and then upgraded to Suite, you can no longer transfer them separately, as they have been absorbed into your Suite license. Non-Suite add-ons such as the Ableton Partner Instruments and third party Packs can be transferred separately. This is done via a support ticket

 

Nope. I started with Suite 9, bought some third party packs later on from Ableton's packs store and then upgraded to Suite 10.


I tried to find a page that lets me transfer the packs' licenses but I couldn't find it.

Unrelated but how much could I sell all that for? (minus the Push)
Would the total value of all that (10 Suite + Packs) with a 100 bucks discount and a further 20% discount on the whole thing be enticing enough?

I dont think that is going to be enough to entice buyers because the upgrade to 11 is a hefty $349!

 

I swear that part about the support ticket wasn't there when I replied. But yeah, sorry, didn't notice that part.

I should've specified that it'd be in €. Upgrading to the next version is "only" 199€ here. (on top of a 599€ license for Suite. How the hell are they still competing with Logic?)
Rounded down I'd try to get 1000€ total for everything with a 100€ + 20% discount. (With 1358 being the original price not including the 9 to 10 upgrade)

 

Maybe I have it wrong. We are talking a big difference here for software. Is that the upgrade price including VAST?
