Anyone else getting insanely high ram usage from Little Snitch? I consistently see the process at.obdev.littlesnitch.daemon using over 2Gb of RAM. I allow all connections except one process rule I created to block 1 application. All other blocking of websites I've handled on my own by modifying the system host file..... I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling little snitch several times. I also just updated it to 5.1, but it still suffers the same massive memory consumption... What the hell could be going wrong? Or is this amount of RAM usage normal?

PS: The dev mentioned in an earlier statement this year about a memory leak, but this was supposedly fixed.

I'm using Little Snitch 4.5.2 on Mojave and using 130 megs total.
    If that helps.

Reset the blocking rules and start fresh.

    Apparently they're aware of it:

Some Little Snitch processes consume large amounts of memory.

Some users are experiencing very high memory usage (up to several GB of RAM) in some components of Little Snitch (Network Extension, Network Monitor, Endpoint Security). We are currently investigating the cause of this problem.

If you do experience this issue, please quit the affected process via Activity Monitor.

Note that quitting the Network Extension may cause some subsequent connection alerts to show only the connection’s IP address instead of the hostname.

I remember there were serious RAM leaks through Network Monitor in LS 4.0.x versions back in the day,
    maybe history repeats?

I don't have LS 5.x to test yet
