Wife gets parking ticket for NOT parking in designated parking area

Cash for the pot, thats how councils see it since they have had there budget cuts they will try anything that brings in money.

Damn scumbags. Yeah, definitely gone mad, for more funding. Utter fucking greed.

 

Where I live there are stories on the news about how people are getting parking tickets for nonsense and yet it still goes on. Corruption run completely amok and with time it becomes more and more obvious yet people still do nothing about it. I'm not even getting into how they bring in absurd money using non-violent drug arrests for things like marijuana to extort INSANE amounts of money from people with threats of lengthy prison terms.

 

PSSSSSHT, if I were a parking ticket inspector, I'd give every car I see a ticket, don't care, whatever helps me get money for studio equipment.

Fuck, I'd even give myself a ticket just for the troll of it

 

No kidding. I have a friend who's probably given the government $10,000 easy--starting with $3000 total for a cannibus charge 3 days after he turned 18. Poor kid lol.

 

If it's a private firm who issued the ticket, tell them to go and fuck themselves and refuse to pay

If it's the council or the police who issued it, contest it, but not in the usual way that they tell you to

Threaten to charge them for your time involved in pursing their claim (that's all it is atm, just a claim) and tell them you charge £200 an hour for your time

Query everything it says on the parking ticket, and i do mean everything, make up as many questions as you can, and by law, they have to respond

Say in your letter to them, that you're giving them 14 days to respond to your questions, if you don't hear back from them, you'll consider the matter closed

To cut a long story short, you've got to make it sound as if you know what you're talking about and make it appear to them that if they contest against you and lose, then they're going to have to foot your bill of £200 per hour as you'll pursue them in the small claims courts

Make it as difficult for them as possible by being as obnoxious, stubborn, persistent as you can in your questioning, they have discretionary powers to cancel the ticket, but they'll never let you know

Hopefuly, they'll cancel it for you, and move on the next mug who'll roll over and pay

It's worked for me the last two times with Liverpool city council

Don't use this exact model in the link i'm showing you, but this will give you an idea of the kind of shit you've gotta send to them, then add loads of obscure questions in to confuse them, make it difficult for them to answer, be creative

Parking Ticket Victory

Thanks Kearnsy, the wife is contesting it, and they have to respond within 14 days as a matter of course. It is a council car park, a council traffic warden, who obviously needs glasses as she had clearly parked between 2 white lines, and that particular parking bay is used every day. Nothing to indicate that it is not a valid parking bay, no sign or road markings, oh and the wife works for the council

 

They gotta get the money somehow. My friend went to jail and I bonded him out, it was 15 dollars extra. I asked why? The cop behind the desk said Administration fees for paperwork. LMAO! As if the jacked up bonds ain't enough, they hit you with their costs for the paper that they use.

I so, wanted to cuss this cat out but that would of been another bond plus another 15.00 dollars added on. Can't win for losing, LOL.
