Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S61 MK2 - Cubase

Discussion in 'Software' started by Vincent Price, Feb 2, 2021.

  1. Hello

I am thinking about getting the Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S61 MK2 and on the video from Native Instruments on Youtube it says that Cubase integration, ie scrolling through tracks isn't available yet, however coming later on in the year - Bear in mind that the video was uploaded in 2017...so I would assume it has arrived

Can anyone confirm this for me please?...before I make a decision

I wish I knew...because if this makes you 50/50 about buying it then we really can't have you sitting on the fence due to such a tiny little thing.

I bought one on Amazon and I sent it back does not work well with cubase 11 or 10 or 9 you have to run Komplete Kontrol in the Background

All the key scale stuff does not work in cubase or was too hard to setup use Cubase 11 Scale assistant instaed it works better for me imho

This is strange....many good and famous composers use this Device with Cubase and works flawleslly (Junkie XL, Guy Michelmore, etc..). Check in Youtube

Works perfectly for me... Control over volume, 8 channels at a time, pan, track, scrub... etc all very good. KK not really required for integration with Cubase, but is for instruments.
