Well, the chipmunk gargling covers a bit but I can tell something, could be these chords:

    Em (E G B)
    Em7 (E G B D) ?
    Em ?
    Em9 (E G B D F#)
    Bm (B D F#)
B7 (B D# F# A) or just D# F# A that btw is the last chord of Em harmonic scale.

    Wait for other suggestions too.

Not Bm, you can hear the E in the top, leading to F# and back to E before the major third of the B chord (Eb). This retains the A from the B9sus4 so it becomes B7. The A is not at the top as orbitbooster said. They also doubled the Eb with a lower one too.
So hit an A chord with a B root instead of the Bm. Can't think if it's B9sus4 or B13sus4, both without the F# anyway. (Both chords have the same notes, just in a different order in root position.) I'm tripping from lack of sleep. I never have to think about this or write it! I don't like it! haha.
And the first chord is Em. The melody of B, D, F# on beats 1, 2 and 3. (Or 1, 3, and 5 if you are counting 8s.) Which is why orbitbooster says Em9, (and other chords, because he's adding the leading note into the chord for some reason) because of when the F# is played.
But the chord is just Em.

Always loved the sound of these shapes since a child. Earth, Wind And Fire; Gospel-influenced.
    Them, and Minor9th chords!
And all I've done my whole life is play around with those, with semi-tonal changes (also a tone above, 2 tones below, for passing chords, and BOOM! Instant Johnny Hammond, Jamiroquai, Neo-Soul, J-Dilla riffs!
    Ta-Daaaa!

Structure, using the Nashville system, is not actually the chords though.
