There's millions of Guitar tuner apps. There are also a lot of amp simulation/effect apps available as well. What I'm looking for is an app with collection of actual playable A.Guitar sounds. Can you guys recommend the best ones?

 

I can’t find chords and lyrics together of “Saint Behind the Glass” by Los Lobos anywhere- usually my searches are easy. Is there an Apple StoreApp with best chord “bank”…maybe I can find in there….

What is it you're trying to do? Learn the instrument? If so, I'm afraid you'll need a guitar. There is a playable guitar in Garageband for ios. But nothing I've seen emulates an actual guitar. It's just not feasible to make chord shapes or even play individual notes in any way that is like playing a guitar.
Having re read your question, I might suggest IK Multimedia Sample Tank which will have a lot of good guitar sounds.

 

Guitar tablature is a great, easy way to learn new songs, and most guitar players use it.
