It's important to understand that we dont control all advertisement that come from our partners, but we can block a specific address.

 

ublock origin blocks the ad for me but generally means I have to click the link again as nothing happened the first time i clicked it

I used malwarebyte and kaspersky for deleting malwares and reinstalled chrome and problem gone

 

Hi guys,

This has been happening for me since 1st or 2nd of jan. I know this as it was during the wave. As Donut Nyamer just said, I use ublock origin too and it was that what was being triggered. Like them, a second tab would open in firefox with nothing in it. It also resizes the browser screen. It has happened pretty much since 1st or 2nd of jan until the last few days.

I have been wanting to post about it but wasnt sure if it was a problem with my browser / pc, which led me to doing a full system restore. When i saw this post i was glad as its a bit weird.

EDIT, this happens for me when logged in and not.

Here, I see a popup opening wherever I click on site (not logged in). Ublock origin kills it amost instantly. Looking at ublock's logs, the URL of the killed popup that time was "https://agacelebir[dot]com/4/3877601"

Edit: just happened again, same popup URL.

I don't experience any ads or pop-ups.
Logged in; MacOS 10.11.6; FF 78.7.0esr; uBlock Origin+Ghostery+Nano Defender Pro; DNS server*: Google Public DNS

But one thing to add: previously I have manually blocked those three squares and its surrounding frames with the annoying and CPU hog gif animations above the Fresh Releases and Archives columns.

*I suggest to give it a shot, try changing your setup about the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 perhaps it can block some of the harmful servers.

 

Im trying to think back as for the past few weeks its been bothering me, i was sure it happened in and out - but i must be mistaken, i know when reg there no ads.. I take that part of my comment back, sorry. The rest is def accurate. cheers

 

16th Jan was last AV blocked one.

 

No pop-ups today for the first time in days.
I use Ad Blocker free.

 

It is possible the ad delivery channels got compromised? lacking decent security is known among ad networks

 

uBlock stopped the connection to these new shitty ads, but not the first time
but there is a new layer of ads, everytime the website logo is clicked

The website is an unusable, worthless POS without an adblock or two set up, very sad stuff

Comes across like a very dodgy website, like the dirty bowels of the internet reminiscent of fantasy anime milf porn & dick enlargement pills. i havent connected to these ads but if i did, im sure thats what id see!

How the hell can anyone talk about "releases from the sister site being trustworthy" if that very sister site, which simply holds the list of links to websites which then link to actual download sites, is riddled with scumbag ads on every click?

 

Ublock origin comes with advanced settings (inline/1st/3rd party scripts, 3rd party frames) blocking, if needed, right? And logger.
Loading pignuwoa.com, luvaihoo.com, counter.yadro.ru... when browsing sister site, is per user, optional?
