Which type of synthesis is used here? FM or Wavetable?
    How this genre is called?
How this type of bass is called?
For me it sounds like distorted, detuned, some lfo modulation.
Sounds like some neuro, growls, reese DnB basses.
    I mean main layer.
Do You know how to recreate it?

Here are some examples. I cut the most interesting parts.

    Horrible shit.
The evolution of music is catastrophically, the quality and handcraft is gone.
It's just a functional noises for elevator, shopping mall or telephone answering machine.

Where I would start: any PM Square wave,

    I would
    • MOD0 : LFO(FREE[L-H])ENV => PW that is the main sound.
    • MOD1 : ADSR pitch. A fast pitch envelope in some examples. Esp the one with really lowFreq fundamentals.
    • MOD3 : Some examples do have some FM, some do not as you can achieve the same quick timber rattle with a WT or with a Ring Mod | LFO.
    • Stack and unsync for width and thickness.

No opinion to give on source material good or bad. I just though it would be refreshing for someone to actually answer the original question instead of opining everything from the state of Cosmos to pancakes.

Here is an example using WT on Massive. The synth you use doesn't really matter though, whatever you like best will work the fundamentals are going to be the same.

If you know how to synth the following video is more instructional as the guy used different types of synthesis really quickly in different synthesizers to recreate the same sound.

Some kind of pumping house, garage house, speed garage from 1990s and 2000s, with some mixture of dubstep growls from 2010s, without LFO but as one-key playing...don't forget distortion, it is like distorting 303 bass, but you distort another synth basses.
Download Donkmachine vsti, there are maaaany sounds like this inside. In Spire (bank expanded editions) you will find such banks with such banks.... House, electro, complextro, dubstep, g-house, drumnbass maybe and something like that..... Mostly nothing new... It is like pumping house in a growls/distortion manner.... Or so...

I have no clue but it reminds me a bit of Skrillex's wobbling basses, and how people say they were trying to figure out how he does these sounds for a long time in the early 2010s.

Yeah. I know Donkmachine. But Donk is something different. These are like You mention with some Mixture of Dubstep growls.
I'm interested with those growls more. Top layer.

Here are examples of FM Donk Bass:

Sometimes it takes less time to just do something than it does to explain it.

I don't know if you use Zebra2 but w/e this is instructional you can demo it and explore the patch and transfer the same concepts to w/e. This isn't an especially complicated sound. It's a WT from Square to Saw to get more buzz and upper end around 4.5-6K.

The upper layer is going to be either feedback distortion from the OSC or some kind of ring-mod or wave-shaper. You can use those donk basses from hardstyle as a starting point and run them though some heavy distortion after adjusting their ADSR to not decay or release.

I extracted drums from this track. I'm not shure is it wavetable. Is this a square wave with some volume lfo and pitch envelope?
    Maybe FM?

I forget that Donkmachine is full-fledged FM Synth. Not only for donks. For shure good base for some sounds.
Maybe even be able to recreate some basses from examples.

I would use wavetable synths with growly wavetables but design them like house basses.
Shorter side-chained notes following the kick.

Then teach your parrot to say "Americahhhhno" with a lip smack before the drop with a Pepsi can opening with that little satisfying "ahh" before the second drop which is a carbon copy of the first drop with barely slight variations.

But the most important thing is your twerk game better be more than on point, it better be ass to grass.

I just tried to make something similar and got nice results with Spire
my layer consisted of 3 instances to get rich timbre, mainly fm oscillators and built-in distortion were used
filter cutoff / fm amount automation is key to get that moving "waow" sound and also a touch of small room short reverb to get metallic ambience

I was dreaming about making ambitious electronic like Aphex Twin, Boards Of Canada, The Beloved, Underworld or The Orb.
But as You can see. I can't even make a shit like in those short examples.

It's basic bass house sound, you can do that easily with Serum or most common synth like Sylenth, Spire or Massive.

The basic shape is a square wave, that goes to a filter, and you can add a white noise (or any other noise) as 2nd osc and send it to the filter to. Then add an LFO modulation to the cutoff, then in FX section, add the same modulation to your distortion drive, then you can make some variation with the noise level, different rythm with the LFO rate/shapes. Also, don't forget to add an ott, on your FX channel or directly in Serum (compressor in multiband mode) and don't hesitate to be heavy with it

You can make some variation using a saw or a sine with FM modulation, or for a more modern bass house (kind of the russian bass house style like Phlegmatic Dogs or Volac), just a sine with noise and the filter/distortion/ott chain like above
