Dana making simple promo moves and people are falling for it. I bet the new events will break viewer records and will make him even richer. That's the only thing that's gonna "happen" and the only intention Dana has. On the other hand is quite sad to see how easily people are manipulated. Musk, Buffet and Trump for example us the same strategy of letting other people work for them for free without even noticing it.

Yeah. The UFC payment model is a disaster. First you have to subscribe to ESPN+ (about $5/month) just for the privilege of letting Dana rob you. Then the PPVs were $60 for about one hour of entertainment stretched to three hours by filler and ADVERTISEMENTS on a premium priced PPV. But wait - there's more. When UFC switched to ESPN they bumped the price to $65, and as of this event, a PPV will now be $70. Two price hikes during a pandemic on a product that is already so overpriced as to be laughable.

Dana White can floss with the hair at the base of my shaft. I'm not paying that price. Come up with a model that makes sense for non-millionaires to follow the sport in its entirety or stop crying about piracy.

edit - I actually got an e-mail from ESPN titled "Your special offer for UFC 257"
