iLok2 purchase for my old account (legit PT12)

    Hello, what can I do with my old account from Avid (look at the pics in attachment) ?
    Is there a way to attach a new purchased iLok2 on ama*on as it is a locked group?

    I re-changed the owner of the iLok in my account, but its not appearing in the cloud, its locked.
