Be carrefull, I run an keygen of a soft downloaded on sister site on my linux computer with wine and just after I saw the mouse cursor moving alone and somebody opening several windows on my laptop over the internet.
I had to cut of the wifi.
My computer is infected.

 

if this is true, you should provide a lot more information. at least tell people which keygen you are talking about.

Which software? That rather seems impossible since the uploaders on the site are trusted.

 

Use a firewall and sister site would never ever do that. Must be another that you download k'ed stuff.

Which releases (just tell us the name, you dont need to link the release)
The software name (it is plugins ?, DAWs ?, or other Apps ?)

I just close page, not click. Never get that, use Adguard but this beat the Adguard. Have desktop 1 year, first time got Blue Screen crash ever as the re-directs came on. i actually do tend to believe that. on more than one occasion, the adserver on the sister site has served up an advertisement that tried to drop some malicious code on me. now i use ublock origin and i never see any ads there.

the first post in this thread was about a trojan buried in a keygen. that i have serious doubts about. maybe on some other website, but not on the sister site.

I'm not trying to be rude, but if you're visiting warez sites without the most basic protection (ad and script blocking in your browser fall into his category) then it won't be very long before you get infected. The various debrid sites are a rats warren of malware riddled advertising.

 

A bit like visiting a brothel with hope and desperation as your only companions for protection

 

Said before, using Adguard. Also Brave browser, has ad block + privacy features. So not using nothing. This first difficulty seen in long long time, not just here, anywhere! Some advertiser using trick that Adguard not up with yet. Gave Olymoon all links. Person call me liar rude, not you as such.
