    Hi all

I had to change my H Disk and now no longer succeed in installing A DRUMS :

    I have :

    - Mac OS X verion 10.6.8

    - Install AD MAC vise
    - patch A DRUMS v1.1.0 dmg
    - A DRUMS 1_1 Installer
    - RetroADPak Installer
    - A DRUMS V1-5-2 update

Could someone tell me how to process to install this amazing soft ??

I tried many times but still have this message when G.Band is launched : GB quit while trying to use A-Unit A DRUMS. This plug in may require an update.

I have to say that this message didn't appear in the past when I launched G.Band

Thanks for your precious help guys

Hi and welcome, please before you post anything at this forum. Read the rules, they are few of them and very simple

What Catalyst said, the plugin is probably not being overwritten by the update. Repeat the process and monitor the installation folders to confirm. I have no knowledge of the MAC or AU version of AD but the VST Windows version had similar troubles with the update installers, that resulted in old plugin being recognized over the new one and the failure to install the newer libraries.

    Ya, good advice so far.

I would say try a different release, a newer one. I know they had v1.5.7 for pc, not sure which version they have for mac.
If your installing a newer version, make sure you are installing correct version, au, vst, and make sure 64bit or 32 bit, which ever your mac can use.

I know I had issues with the library before where Adrums wouldnt load cause library was not located in expected place. Newer release fixed that for me cause it came with library locator.

And very important to make sure all leftovers get deleted when uninstalling cracked softs like Catalyst said. On pc I use Revo Uninstaller Pro to uninstall and scan for leftovers on pc.
