Sounds like you are using FL Studio.
By default, Serum presets are placed in a location.

On my install they are inside a main folder:
    {UserName}\Documents\Xfer\Serum Presets
Inside that "Serum Presets" folder is a User folder.

That is the place many people use to save their own presets.
If you did , hopefully you have a backup of your "Documents" folder.

The same is true for MANY plugins and programs.
You should always back up your user folder, or at the very least your "Documents" folder.
If you did not, you are screwed....

Did you save them as Serum presets?
Or did you just have them saved in FL Studio only?

I usually remember to save presets as my own, in my own folder on another drive (and only symlinked into the user presets folder).
I am sure I must have a few templates at least, that contain presets I did not save independent from FL Studio, but I have never had a problem with FL Studio forgetting, so I have no experience.
But maybe someone else knows something and will post here. I will do some searching too...

Another question, so really 2 questions:
    1) Did you save the presets as Serum presets or just saved in FL Studio project?
    2) Do you own legit FL Studio? (and / or Serum?)
    (I don't... this looks like a help , but i can't read it: https://forum.image-line.com/viewtopic.php?t=153130 )
