I'm wondering if there is a way to sync the notes created by Scaler 2 with Ample Guitars. I dragged the created notes on the Ample Guitar track and it sounds funny. Tried it with MusicLab RealGuitar and the result was the same.
Scaler 2 works fine with the piano plugins but it seems not working properly with the guitar plugins. Or probably I'm missing something.

not sure where and how you are trying to achieve that, but

you are supposed to be able to route any player plugin such as scaler 2 into any other vsti type of plugin (be it ample guitars) and trigger it via midi and that in any todays daw, it is a standard function

The range of the piano is really big. You probably are hitting unused notes past the high range of the guitar and some that are used for keyswitches in the low.

Nope. How do I do that? If you are talking about the guitar in Scaler 2, I did it.

I pull up the notes and it sounds better, but still sounds a bit weird. Thx, Xupito!

What's funny about my comment @babuk?

Since you're talking about Scaler 2, have a guess. :winker:

    And the result?

On principle there're two ways to trigger an instrument with scaler 2, depending on your DAW:
    1. insert S2 into the same track as the instrument, first S2 then instrument
    2. insert S2 into another track and route MIDI out to instrument track MIDI

You have to actually look the nice marked (as what key is what) Ample Sound VSTi keyboard and if you view a key that's not a note hit that's where the funny sound is.
Perhaps with the infamous fancy-ass-roli-keyboard-like default keyboard look is harder to note?
If so change to keyboard look/skin to "Control keyboard" in the settings

Oh~ I also didn't realize it either! Ye, the whole black key made me annoyed. I prefer the traditional style. So, I just changed it as Control Keys. Thanks for the tip!
