Alternative : Run in sandboxy, or sandboxed windows, btw it is NO crack it is just a keygen. It doent (shouldnt) modify any file, it just created license files based on your system id

 

Hi peeps! I had some problems with delay in the last version. Can anyone tell me how to perform this reset?

This version crashes every time I tried to open some projects made with previous version with an instance of Omnisphere.
I'm on Win10. Had to uninstall it.

This BS of a daw never worked for me, i tried almost all available v4 version from sister site, did not work, when Version 5 got released by your favorite group, i got exited, and installed it, guess what did not work, after that when the latest update again by your favorite Group got released i had some kind of hope it would work, but sadly it never did, so i just figured out why the hassle and just dropped the whole matter.

never passes plugins scans, even if i change folder's name to bypass scanning, always a problem and always crashes.

 

No problem here, but there are other issue here (performance slow graphics , crashes etc)

I have figured out the problem, it was an OLD left over asio driver from Helix that was causing the problem, i followed Steinberg's guide on how to delete Asios from register, and it launched, now i have a problem with Studio one disabling too many plugins... is this normal behavior ?

 

I dont ahve any issue with disabled plugins. Check for teh lateste versions

 

Do you run S1 as admin?Maybe you should if you don't.

 

actually yes i do i'll try reseting the blacklist and retry...

 

I had a problem with new graphics enhancements and plugins that use OpenGL. Cpu spikes and performance got worse but when i disable graphics acceleration everything was ok. So you know if you ever have a problem with certain plugins.

Btw I didn't notice performace boost or faster except scrolling and zooming, the plugwindows still move like a snail.

 

True. Sometimes it feels like the guys on the other end of the "phone" don't understand what they're talking about. Like they never actually opened the DAW. It seems PreSonus doesn't have money for actual support and have to deal with general solutions(like those old call centers).

Reading countless forums and comments on YT I realized that the best thing you can do is to make a screenvideo and send it to them with all the notes you want to make.

Btw I did not have the problems you mentioned(Win 10, the latest build).

ansolas is right, sun ska most people are quiet on the net, not sure why they ignore all important issues. I guess too small team with stingy management and they more focus on hardware. Plugin windows need complete rewrite, period. Tabs, removing, showing plugs and moving...

Totally agree, it woudl be better if they just would agree that it performs less good under macOS instead of claiming the opposite
