I'm a producer & mixing engineer from iran. I sing some songs sometimes and my instrument is piano.
Islamic regime in my country have no respect for art and artist(specially music) and also people with different believes cant live here. for example if you say you are a LGBT, the government will execute you.
if you say something that the regime dosen't like, you'll be executed. People also dont understand LGBT here and bother them. I'm not a LGBT, but as an artist i want to support LGBT at least with my songs,but if I do that, the islamic regime will execute me too(after punishment and bothering me and my family...). I need a way to migrate to a free country so I can freely sing songs about LGBT, about freedom and etc...how should I request for a residence permit to any country in europe or canada or us...i need a job (even hard works) and a freedom to produce my music...what things should I have that destination country dosen't reject my request? which country accepts someone with my conditions? How could i request a job from a company or studio ?if a company or employer sends a recruitment to me, the distanation country will accept me easily... the my field of study was software engineering in university.thanks

I'm pretty knowledgeable about how it works in the States. Some of the most common visas you can get to live in the US are the following:

Asylum: You should prove your state of persecution by documenting (with evidence) your real risk of safety if you remain in your country. For cubans this was immediate procedure until a few years ago, now is common for venezuelans

Sponsorship: means that the employer in the US is hiring you. A great classic for italian chefs for example

Marriage: For U.S. citizens that want to bring their foreign spouse to the United States (Dont try to buy the marriage: it won’t work)

Investor: Allows an individual to enter and work inside of the United States based on an investment. A visa that needs a business project & cash to invest

Family: visa based on a close family relationship with a U.S. citizen, such as a spouse, child or parent. Foreigners (legally US residents) often use this visa to bring in their children with them


I strongly advise you not to come as a tourist and then “forget” to come back: after 3 months you would be considered illegal and your life would become a nightmare

Sadly due to the pandemic, you'll have a very hard time emigrating to another country. Musicians, artists, ballerinas, etc are being told to find other employment. Many sectors including Club and event companies are dying off. Numerous people are falling through the cracks in available support systems.
