I don't understand if I need an ilok to get it working... I have not a fb acc. and I don't want to follow them on twitter but I want mello sigh

 

I passed on this for the same reasons. Hate iLok (eventhough I have one) and don't want to involve facebook or twitter. Too many hoops.

*yes* Yes, you absolutely need to have an iLok Key !


Check the following requirements :

In this case, you can find several Sample Libraries (or even some VSTi Plug-Ins) that contains 'Mellotron' sounds, and some of these Libraries are rather well done as they even replicate all these famous 'noises' (due to the 'recording tape') proper to the original 'Mellotron' sounds. *yes*

 

I already have an Ilok2, but this offer seems to need me to purchase an ilok in order to get a free key. Am I reading this wrong? Can I get this free while already having an ilok2 and not looking to purchase another one?

 

of corse you can.! me too I already have an ilok2 cause I bought slate vcc and vtm. and installed UVI Mellow with no prob! it sounds great and interface is amazing! go get it while you can

 

Ohhh, I see what happened. Yeah, I got it working. It was pretty easy. For those thinking you have to go through hoops (aside from being an Ilok owner, like myself), there's not much else you'll be put through to get this license.

 

Hey! I found sincere mellotron samples here: mellotron samples It's easy to create esx mellotrons in logic x!! Remember to activate advanced editing!!! And remember that mellotron is not dynamic so you must reset some parameters...

And then i will UNLIKE them forever.

 

You can sample back the UVI Mello if you want. it wont take that long. play and record each keys and put it back in Kontakt. sample/rip only the instruments you want. Mellotron Strings, Flute and Choir are the best use for me
