i didnt do a proper test but on first impression it sounded better then rx ,maybe .
could really be they using the top algo from Audionamix

and 20 sec's can be a lot , also for vox phrases

Why does that surprise you when they're all probably using the exact same Spleeter back end software? Same software = same results.

 

I was a beta tester for Audionamix for years, and its programs worked better than anything else that was out there. The majority of those "claiming" that "X" or "Y" programs do it better never owned or tried Audionamix. This is similar to the issue with Soothe. A bunch of non-users opining. In 2014, Audionamix ADX technology was revolutionary, and nothing worked better and faster. It was the world's first non-destructive, automated melodic audio source separation software. Moreover, specialized tools like those offered by Audionamix and Oeksound, do pay off in a couple of sessions with the time they save us. Anyone running a commercial facility understands that time equals money. Indeed, Audionamix has been the only reason for me owning a Mac. Now in 2020, the competition has taken huge leaps forward. There seems to be a new track separation program coming out every other month. Some do a good job while others leave much to be desired. One company that nobody has mentioned and which has made big improvements to its algorithm is DeMix not cheap but can be had on a monthly subscription. You ought to give it a try.

monthly subscription ... subscription for six months or for a year ... the term of the subscription is not important, in any case - a delusional form of payment for such software.
I somehow thought to buy a permanent license for XTRAX STEMS, but Audionamix switched to payment by subscription ... WTF? I'm not going to separate songs into tracks every day. if the result of dividing the song suits me, then I use that. a week, a month, three months ... at this time I will not use the program, which means that I just give money to the developers ... this is stupid! I'd rather pay extra for updates (of course, for those that add or improve existing functionality, and not just fix bugs affecting stability).

on the Audioamix website in the support section there are 3 FAQs about closed projects. and one of them is like this:

... so what? will they advise to downgrade to an older OS? there will be no updates ... how will they help the user?
