Is there a 64 bit vst plugin to provide audio playback for the likes of "forte" and "cantabile lite". I do not actually need the Pro version of Cantabile, which has such a feature integrated. But so far I have only come across rather outdated 32 bit versions whose dll's are not recognized.

 

Just that, no more features? I mean only-player features instead of sampler-player.

ADPTR MetricAB Is a nice VST plugin that will play MP3s for comparison when mixing. It can hold 16 MP3s and uses an easy A|B button. It also has ways to compare volume, dynamics, and spectral colouration. Maybe this is something you could use.

If you are using them in your project most DAWs will drag and drop, or import MP3s.

 

I'm curious: why do you need a separate VST for that? Won't importing the MP3 to a track in your DAW do the job?
