Usenet is about making money, however they can. If you provide them with your main debit/credit card details and those cards have several thousand dollars in them, Usenet will suck you dry.

Instead, having a dedicated card account into which you only place the $$ immediately needed for a subscription puts a stop to $$ leeching by Usenet (or sellers from China etc). They rely on the stupidity of their subscribers. Their threats of legal action are BS.

I was about to buy Usenet but I see a lot of headaches.

Is there a better multi downaloder?

I'm not looking for big collections, I probably just start with vst and other plugins. A few samples libraries to have fun. So I probably won't hit limits as I recall some sites had 20gb limits.

I have a free account at XS Usenet for the rare occasions where I still use the Usenet. 25 gigabytes for free, but not faster than rockfile (free). After the free account expires, I can renew it for another 25 gigabytes.
