Hey guys,

I am looking for some recommendations to create realistic and punchy marching snares, especially to create rhythmic and powerful builds/fills like in tracks from DROELOE, Illenium or Ekali. DROELOE mentioned in an interview they use Kontakt libraries but they did not say which. Everytime I try to create marching drums in a drum rack it sounds okay, but not super realistic. It needs a lot of work to make them sound good (like creating fake round robins, pannings, haas effect etc.) but does anyone know a good library or plugin (maybe also something like BFD, EZDrummer...) with which I can create that quicker in a good sound?

"Big Fish Audio London Orchestral Percussion" is a very old library that can be opened in Kontakt

 

These should do for the moment.....Sample Logic Rumble, Soundiron High School Drum Corps - marching percussion and
Virtual Drumline 2 by Tapspace

I think there was an oldie from Garritan (don't remember if Kontakt or Aria) including marching drums stuff.
