You can buy them individually, like for example operator:
    https://www.ableton.com/en/packs/operator/

But can they inversely be deleted/removed from the list?

There is a lot about ableton i would like to edit & streamline

What devices are you trying to remove? I'm not sure of any way to forcibly remove them but keep in mind, practically all of Ableton's stock Sounds, Clips, Instrument Presets and Racks use stock devices. If you were to remove some, things would get messy really fast.
Not trying to give you a hard time, brother, I'm just trying to understand what you want to be able to use Ableton for without some of it's fundamental components. It just seems like it would cause way more problems than anything it could alleviate.

Yo, ok yea im aware of how audio to midi (operator?), drum rack slicing, sampler/simpler is needed for abletons core functions.
But many like analog, wavetable, collision, electric etc are not and id love to delete the fkrs! i have zero interest in those vstis.

and id like to delete half of the audio fx.

Ive never seen anyone do this, but i know synths can be added to Standard verisons of ableton, so maby some genius around here knows how to edit them out of Suite.

Are you trying to save on space or something maybe? If not, just mark the devices you want in your collections and forget about the rest of them. A lot of ableton's presets and bundled instruments use a variety of stock effects and generators, not just drum racks and simpler/samplers, So unless you plan on avoiding those two, you might run into trouble.

You can edit your core library and delete the presets associated with those stock plugs so it will free up the clutter. Just be aware that when you update the core lib updates as well so u making a copy is suggested.

As for Audio to midi, you can set any of your favorite synths to be the default synth when you convert audio to midi.

Yeah, that's what I do as well, but I simply brought it up in case the OP uses some of the stuff included.

And I completely agree with your "reaperism" comment! I swear to god I cant be bothered with most of ableton's included devices. (Maybe that's the case cause I learned production on a different DAW and ported to Live instead, so I'm a lot more familiar with 3rd party plugins)

    Try going to:

C:\ProgramData\Ableton\Live 10\Resources\ then deleting from Devices and Core Library
    or
Macintosh HD/Applications/Ableton Live 10 Suite ->> Right-click “Show Package Contents” ->> Contents/App-Resources/ and doing the same

Not sure how well this would work but this is where those device files are kept.

You can delete everything from the library but I'm not sure what happens after the update. Logically it will fill up defaults.
