imho, id say you have one proper track "flirting" with something else. those "one, two, three, four" countdowns don't really fit, they are too recurrent. a couple could be used but leading to a drop and the track doesn't contain any really, at least not a edm type of drop. i would remove/or replace them. then I think you have a really nice composition, strong and simple.

now, if you want to make it more "edm/dance", then you would need to breakdown/thin out the track a bit before a "one two three" so that the countdown leads back to a segment of high energy/chorus/full track, as it is now the track strolls on quite steadily.

I danced to it so I'll call it Musc To Dance To as a genre. I flapped my arms like a big bird taking flight as my legs danced a jig.

Of course it's much too short so you might need to lengthen it.

 

need to ad 5 6 7 8 to it

 

and then a 9 10 11 12

@EddieXx ... thanks for your suggestions... I wasn't really going for an EDM banger... more like a bouncy aggressive background track for a fast paced action/ sports edit job. Thanks for taking the time to listen and suggest alternate musical directions.

For a first attempt making a new genre this is impressive, it have the vibes of dnb but slower bpm, I'd classify it as a dance.
I'm loving the GAT synth in the background, makes me wanna listen to some old goodie trance music
