You drew PCM blood on here on Native over the years and The Revolution has happened. Overthrown at Native Instruments. I am a Maschine Jam owner and MPC X, Electribe 2 Sampler owner. I have experienced Akai customer service and less pricey updates get better and Korg too. Native Instruments seem to not meet clients' needs.

Native Instruments’ Co-Founder and President step down to make way for “a new generation of leadership”

Daniel Haver and Mate Galic are both relinquishing their roles

Following a turbulent year that has seen staff layoffs, a company restructure and criticism from ex-employees that it didn’t do enough to deal with issues of racism within its ranks, music technology monolith Native Instruments has announced that both Co-Founder and CEO Daniel Haver and Chief Innovation Officer and President Mate Galic are stepping down from their current leadership roles.

Daniel Haver joined Stephan Schmitt as a co-founder in 1997, and has led the company as CEO since. Mate Galic joined Native Instruments in 1999 and has worked closely alongside Daniel Haver. Since 2009, they have led the company together, but are now stepping into roles on a new Supervisory Board.

Constantin Koehncke, currently Global Marketing Director and heading up the company’s Los Angeles office, will become NI’s new Chief Executive Officer, while Robert Linke, currently Director of Sound Products, will take on the position of Chief Product Officer & President. The pair will make up the new Management Board, stepping into their roles on 1 October 2020.

MPC destroyed the Maschine. But the Maschine expansion packs seem more interesting and more variety. Proves marketing matters and answering forums users needs.

Amongst the "Like" and "Agree" etc rating options on posts, is there a "I didn't understand a single word of your post" rating option available?:thumbsup:

    Hi

There has been many comments about Native Instruments upgrades and lack of customer service for years on here. No one wishes them harm. Hence we drew PCM Blood not real and with all energies coming from multiple platforms they got the message.

so its the typical thing happening. orginal people leave and sales and marketing takes the lead. typical "its all about the sales, fuck the products and costumers!"

When I bought the Maschine Jam, a few months after its launch, I had troubles installing it on my Mac. I contacted Native Instruments about it. They replied to me, after 22 days. 22 F...ING days. And they didn't even came up with a solution. They just apologized for the delay due to too many clients asking for help. In the meanwhile, I had already reinstalled my Mac from scratch and it did work that way.

This step was long overdue, hopefully the new bosses will finally bury the hatchet with Steinberg. They should quickly bring their stuff up to date so that forward-thinking users can use their products again.

I think it's the opposite. They were already fucking their products, consumers and their own employees. Let's see what change, if any, their new leadership brings.

They should hire Tim Cook of Apple, he would glue your Kontrol keyboards, controller pads and ban face plates, there will no screws aloud or if you sent to Apple prison on a high street near you they greet you with grinning faces and you leave like Hostel in financial broken pieces. And if you challenge him he would clue you too and addict you to Apple Hell. Are you scared?

I have little hope that things will get better with NI now. The overall behavior of NI seems to be integrated into the corporate culture.
It's not enough to simply exchange top managers who rarely determine day-to-day business.
The big problems are usually in middle management who determine how a company is really run. At least in German companies.
Look at Steinberg. Quite similar situation (a lack of innovation, bad customer service, etc.) and nothing good has happened for years.
It's that typical for German companies (small to medium sized): If one tries to change even the slightest thing, one has the impression of sinking into slime.

actually, this has reminded me there is an untapped opportunity in the "music scene". that would be journalism, about the music hardware and software business.

and i mean JOURNALISM. not the rainbow of prostitutes disguised as journalists that live of passing received advertisement messages from the hardware, software companies labels/stream services etc.

it would require someone serious who wanted to investigate and wanted to reveal the business insider stories, not "review" their products.
