    Hi,

If I bounce (offline or realtime) a project on Logic (or any other daw), is the file that I get affected by the model of the audiocard I use?

This question came up to me when I exported the same project from two different studios with two different audio cards (audient and universal audio) and the files I got seemed to be different to my ears. But I don't realize why? May it be only suggestions?

No, external soundcard doesn't affect a bounce.
If pan law in a daw is set differently, it may sound different.
And I guess if the project was loaded in a 16bit project as opposed to 24, or if the bounce was set at a different rate.
Sound card will only affect recording in, and playback monitoring.
