Finish writing my project for me while I go to the pub. Aside from that, there is nothing I need extra added to my DAW. I have all the tools I need right now

The structures of today's DAWs are such that it lead people to make stupid and banal music. Until there are dramatic and serious changes in their structures, we will not see the emergence of great works.

 

A DAW can still be used as a multitrack recorder like the days of tape. Banal music is limited by lack of imagination and laziness

 

Imagination does not play a big role in making music. Imagination is an invented device been introduced by people who do not specialize in music.
This will be the same soup and the same bowl until their structures do not change substantially.

 

What!!? Imagination is EVERYTHING! Being able to play music to a high standard and have some kind of understanding of how it all works is more than useful too .... Seriously though, most decent musicians are technically adept, but rarely if ever have an original idea ..... creative & imaginative musicians on the other hand .... that's where you want to be (with an imaginative and creative producer/engineer/mixer/mastering ....

 

The vast damage that DAW makers and present music's atmosphere have done to users' perceptions and insights is so profound that I alone cannot fix it. Nothing is more difficult than changing wrongly institutionalized foundations.

I have to take some time off to get rid of this tiredness a little. I entrust you to God Almighty.

You can always clone yourself a couple of times. But if i can make a guess, even the three of you will troll each other to eternity so you 're better off by yourself. This is exactly as I pointed out three pages ago. Any DAW will allow you to turn off the metronome and record on an audio track. This it the very definition of unlimited scope for imagination! I do it often to make myself think "outside of beats"
If Nought (Foster) can't work like this then the limitation of imagination is within himself, not the computer.

 

I remenber when AiR was always saying don't make money using warez and if you like it buy it ... Im broke but I sincerly wish one day I can redistribute the honey !

What is curious is that Live don't have a funtion for managing "shared copies" it mean if you change your mind in the middle of the work you must each time replace the existing notes or audio ... The only way I found is buying à Max4Live device that will do the job ... If someone can tell me how they work without "shared copies" ???
