But before I ask, just wanna say hi to everyone especially to admins, wasn't here for a long time. But I am happy forum still exist! Good job guys!
Anyways back to the topic. I am looking for software that will record everything I play on my keyboard to MIDI files. What I mean is some standalone software NOT a DAW. If something like that exists, could you please tell me the name of it, thank you in advance.

You can give a try at this, i didn't try it but it's standalone, free and should fit your needs, let me know :)
"The editor is able to open existing Midi files and modify their content. New files can be created and the user can enter his own composition by either recording Midi data from a connected Midi device (e.g., a digital piano or a keyboard) or by manually creating new notes and other Midi events. The recorded data can be easily quantified and edited afterwards using MidiEditor."

Ok but: "Audacity cannot record MIDI input, only import and play MIDI files." from Audacity Wiki, and urOk said: "I am looking for software that will record everything I play on my keyboard to MIDI files".

The often overlooked tool for quick MIDI REC is the Pianoteq (STAGE)

It opens in a split second and records MIDI, even if you don't press REC (by default this is ON for a year)

Sort of a "MIDI archiver".. ofc it can record a file when you hit the red button and convert to audio anytime (later on)

Retention of up to "a billion years" should do ;) - especially useful for those who compose with piano sound. But, as it is physically modeled, I think there are other options. And then there is the big brother (not much experience with that one).
    Good luck!
