This is just a reminder that we have mailboxes at both forums and it is imperative that they be able to receive messages just in case I need to contact you for some reason. It doesn't always have to be a negative reason: maybe I'm offering you an Uploaded.net coupon, giving you some helpful information about a question you asked, telling you about some area of the forums that you might not be aware of or just saying hi. Since we are somewhat limited in our storage space you have to make sure that your mailbox isn't full so that it can be ready to receive messages and on both forums there is an indicator that tells you how much of your capacity is being used up (AudioSex) or how much you have in total (Audioz). Also if you get a PM from me it's really impolite to not respond. There are some members that I have messaged repeatedly with no answer whatsoever and I don't know if this is intentional or not but either way please keep on top of this. I took the time to write you something, take the time to at least respect my time and effort. Thank you and have a great day everyone.

I know but there are people that I see all the time and when you send a couple of nice messages but yet get no response it can get annoying. It's also frustrating when you write a whole bunch of stuff and hit send only to be greeted with the user mailbox is full, so now you basically just wasted your precious time for nothing. If you're a member of the forums you have to be available in case staff contacts you for some important purpose or other, this is common across all forums. Just like you guys want to be able to contact us for what's important to you, we need to be able to contact you for what's important to us (and most likely you as well). Relationships are a two way street.

Our conversation simply reminded me of that issue and I thought maybe I should address it. There are a few members I had in mind that either aren't aware that we have mailboxes, have full mailboxes, really dislike me for some reason and don't respond or maybe some combination of the aforementioned.

when i first joined Audiosex i did it with similar 10minute mail host because i didnt know if this was a nice community,
maybe i should change my mail since i realised that this is a great community.
