any info would be much appreciated how I'd go about getting free music from rapidgator

most of the time, on websites, uploaders can use any host they want .... only websites like avaxhome force the use of one host.

That "exystence" link has RG links. Use the MC link when it is available and it will take you to a mult-downloader page where it might be available.

Unfortunately, the only lossless format is PCM. So called "lossless" compression may keep all the data, but not the original audio quality. The prediction algorithm used to reconstruct the waveform introduces sound alterations.
It's like a brand new sheet of paper, that you squeeze to make it smaller, than straighten it plain. Nothing has been lost, theoretically, but it's not a brand new sheet of paper anymore.

 

My suggestions are in the aforementioned thread.

I you want good priced downloads I suggest http://www.qobuz.com/.

You can choose your format and you pay way less than Beatport or Juno, etc. Pap-Pot - Solace EP is €3 while it's €11.60 at Beatport (Lossless). They have all sorts of things.

You are completely right. But in case people are reading that are not so confident about all those formats, containers, codecs, compressers, etc.:

type2002n refers to direct audio formats (formats that can be directly read from an audio player). Of those, PCM is the only (real) lossless one. That doesn't mean you can't compress audio files at all without losing quality. There are generic compressors whose task it is to recreate the original bit by bit. This is crucial for them. So, using those generic ones (like WinZip, WinRAR, 7z, etc.) is totally safe. Just don't expect any compression rate higher than 1% or 2% - audio data is way too complex for such easy compression algorithms.

It usually has any album that I've wanted to have a listen to before I buy it, I'm not going to lecture you about buying music as you probably do buy the albums that you really like. I'm a bit of an anal discog type, The most important part though for bands/musicians is to have their stuff heard more than anything as it increases their fanbase which sells live gig tickets. I know many band's that'd rather have people listening to their albums anyway just as long as they are being heard and have a good live following, Personal friends at that FWIW.

Edit: Just noticed the rapidgator part, Well this site is just a regular torrent one, However it is a very good one. I apologize for jumping the gun and only realizing it until after the fact. Perhaps worth a bookmark anyway, Genres are sorted rather well with separate pages for MP3/Lossy releases an FLAC/Lossless releases also which I find quite useful (Since I only grab the MP3 version as I only intend a quick listen to know that I'll be spending my shekels wisely on the CD)

http://exystence.net/ is a great place , they have a lot of jazz stuff. Unfortunately (for me) they use a Filecrypt.cc crypted link to Turbobit that doesn't allow to copy the direct one. I use a turbobit debridizer host server, so.....
Does anybody know a trick to solve this issue?

 

couldn't you just click on the filecrypt link, and then copy the url from the browser after the page loads?

 

Or copy the filecrypt link into JD2 and let it do the nasty work for you

 

i must say i am surprised with myfreemp3net
my goto search criteria to see if a site has some rare stuff is hirth martinez, check out his mothman samba
they do have 20 of his songs which is above average, and download is fast and uncomplicated

 

If you happen to use the sister site, on the left hand column under friendly sites you will see a link that has loads of flac albums and much much more and rapidgator links agogo.

Download Flac files using Telegram bot.
1_you have to download Telegram messenger
2_after signing in, start bot using this code: @FlacStoreBot (you can send it as a message to yourself then it becomes to link)
3_send a Deezer link to it, it will reply your message with a flac file. (you can search for that file into the bot directly)

@MusicHuntersBot this bot does the job too.
