Aside from the red screen and an extra click, site works perfectly fine here in the latest Safari as usual..

 

When I visited the site through Edge I realized what an absolute shitshow it is without a good adblocker.

"Oh, you clicked the mouse to navigate the page? Here's some porn malvertising"

 

You can have the same adblocker extensions in Edge than in FF.

That's very true!
I haven't seen any ads for years now because of the adblockers and then you are really horrified what you have to endure without them on some websites.

But for AZ: Ads and shit disappear if you log in.

By the way: UBlock origin is your friend. On Edge as well as on Firefox. Works great, small footprint.

I have this with peeplink, not with brother site.

 

When I connect too audioz using my android box after the warning page, the audioz page doesn't display the formatting properly.

Solution 1: Just use a b/w monitor = red screen gone.
Soulution 2: On TFT monitor dial down the RED from RGB (or use verndors utility) = red screen gone.

Or, quite complicated though, change security settings of browser temporarily as OP said. It's a childisch "security setting" anyway.

 

This turned out to be Google smartscreen not actually set to off. Still no idea for Safari, no adblock there.
