Digital summing or Analog Summing?

    The genre does not have anything to do with it. Everyone has 2 pair of ears. That should not be any excuse. With that said, I think that the Soundcloud algo could be doing something to the sound. Why don't you upload the original files or link to them?

    I'm with you but in this example the transistor sounded worse. If my guess is correct... Hopefully OP enlightens us because I'm super curious about the results.

    I found it alright, too. It's just the kick and snare that could sound better. Guitar is alright, maybe a bit too much FX on it, and there's a hint of vocals at the end that seem to sound alright as well.
