sounding great man, nice melody and clean sounds!

 

After a drop you could side chain that pad, I know it's cheesy thinking, but it would give more movement opposed to brake, which will give you instant energy boost. *yes*

When I was listening I thought it would be cool if you just open up space with reverb in brake, moving slowly deeper and deeper and returning to it after the drop, track is kind a dreamy, so it would give it proper ambience too.

I'm on a roll with this overused things and techniques, but that guitar would sound nice if it's introduced with reverse reverb

I can sense there is space left for some percussions, nothing too busy, just few hits here and there, call&response thing, just little groove boost.

Also, you could blend in recording of some beach, waves and something like that, nothing too obvious, just that little special something, to give it that airy and organic feel

Dunno, my mind is in loop or something, can't think much OTB right now, enjoyable thing you have going on, sunshine, pretty girl, something promising to burn the night

I'm going to try every one of your suggestions. I actually have a little bit of side chain on the pad but only enough to fit the kick. I think pushing it up more is a great idea!
To be honest I've never used the reverse reverb on any tracks but I'm itching to try it now.
Roger on the additional percussion elements. I will experiment with that.
The beach sounds may be just what this track needs. Once I have the vocals I will play with that.
