Hey y'all, so I'm trying to update Omni to version 2.6 and when I go to generate the challenge code it pulls up Error 634A2. I've seen that this happens when you don't patch your dll's but I have already replaced the old ones with the new patched ones. What's the issue? Please help me out

 

hey anyways i have updated to version 2.6 too, and ended up ruining my omnisphere in general, trillian, keyscape included as a whole. may i ask where did u get your omnisphere? and second is it ok to update omnisphere in any update/patches out there? or do i have to depend on where i downloaded my omnisphere? im curently downloading my omnisphere again cus its ruined, i hope it stil works doe lol

How did you update? I'm having problems updating. The only thing that updates are the sound but the version is still 2.0.3
I don't know why the the updater isn't working.

 

I have 2.0.3 and updated to 2.6. I updated the software, patches, library however it only updated the patches and library, the software didnt update and when I open omnisphere it tells me I need software update for patches and library to work. I downloaded the 2.6 files from sister site. The software file (141mb) has a r2r keygen in it. Do I have to patch with this keygen?

 

The soundsources, application, and patches all need to be versions that work together. The application needs to be authorized. If the release you are installing has a kg, then use it.

Keygens will almost never do anything bad, if they are the wrong one. The program will just not accept the registration information that you generated with it.

 

I have 32bit omni installed. I opened the standalone omni to register and patch with r2r but the patch fails. Dont know what to do

 

Are you using an older computer? You generally cannot mix and match 32bit vs 64bit applications. Many regular retail installers (like iZotope) will go so far as to delete your 32bit installed versions when you are installing a newer/update version.

 

no i just installed it that way long time ago. i might remove and reinstall 64bit
