    You should edit it to state that NO dongle is required but the iLok License Manager. The only problem I see is that your iLok license can't work in another iLok account unless it is transferred, in which case you no longer have a license. Moreover, early Access and discounted licenses are non-transferable. Those are things you should explain as potential buyers need to be aware of.
