The M/S Reverb by Brainworx, based on a 480 emulation core. So low on the CPU, it can be used traditionally (Send/Return) or even as an Insert FX on many individual tracks!

This is a not so good reverb IMHO,it sounds metallic and it's not easy to find a nice setting.Minor adjustments make the reverb sounding litteraly different.I own it but I never use it.

I have it, and I don't like it... I really wish that I can use it, but in the end, every other reverb will give me better results faster than this one... :(

Brainworx is known as decent plugin developers team.
is this reverb is that terrible?

let's say that reverb isn't their thing... it is not terrible by any means, but compare it with Valhalla for instance, it's miles away :) (i do own their mega bundle, and they really have great plugins, but this reverb is only giving me headache... )

NOTE: This is only my humble opinion!
You can download it for free (they have free trial period for 14 days on every plugin) and try it for yourself on trusted material. That way You can't go wrong. :)

And here comes the next thumbs-down:
when I demoed it I was baffled how bad it is - especially since I find all the other PA plugins that I know and work with (80-90%) really good.
Besides the negative things already mentioned here, I'd like to add, that the different rooms / reverb typs do not sound different at all, and so they could have them named "Bad 1", "Bad 2", "Bad 3"... as well.
Nevertheless I bought it (for 5 Euros - sales plus voucher), and sometimes use it to colour the dry sound or to colour a sound's reverb with it.
But NEVA! (as Michael Caine would say) use it as a reverb.

Of course Valhalla is more than worth the money, but since I am not such a big fan I highly recommend the also already mentioned Exponential Audio (some of their reverbs are ridiculously cheap during the last weeks).
About a year ago I bought the R4/Excalibur/PhoenixVerb/Nimbus-bundle when it was on sale, and the developer clearly knows what a reverb should be capable of, how to create rooms and spaces, and how to create a sound with the help of a reverb. There are a lot of possibilities to shapen the reverb sound, and I learned that I better use them, especially the Input EQs).
What suprises me every time anew is: nearly every preset (of different room/reverb types) works and fits in the mix.

If you consider trying / buying one of them I'd like to add, that sometimes if you listen to a solo-sound the Exponential Audio sound a bit too solid and and seem to lack excitement or "shinyness". And yes, they do. But before you try another reverb check the EA reverb with the whole mix, and very often you might change you opinion.
But since they actually do lack a bit of excitement, this is an advantage when you have sounds with problemtic high freqencies, e.g. hit-hat, cymbals, tambourine - where a lot of reverbs (and also the very good ones) tend to boost these problematic freqencies.
For these kind of sounds I always use the EA reverbs.
