Very thanks. Ok, at this point i have to understand what RAM i have. My dealer and CPU-Z receipt says Vengeance 3200.
In the Uefi Bios i read DRAM Status as your (Corsair 16384MB 2133MHz) and this is right, but over, in "Information" section where you have in parentheses "(DDR4 3000MHz)" in my Bios i read "(DDR4 2133MHz)".
Then my ram is set lower than what is or is actually not LPX 3200? But also CPU-Z reports 3200 and entering the part number indicated in cpu-z on the web sends me to Vengeance LPX 3200.
My X.M.P. is "Disabled" and if i enable this says XMP DDR$-3200 16-18-18-36-1.35V. I don't want now enabled this beacause i don't knows how to set voltage values.
I have not any "profile" to choice, only Disabled or Enabled. But if i go in "AI Tweaker" section (after i have XMP Enabled in Main section) i read in "Ai Overclock Tuner" 4 options: Auto, Manual, XMP I, XMP II.
But now i just want to understand what ram i have, if i don't understand this i d0n't can change anything.
AI overclocking is set to normal (i have not "EZ System Runing" voice but "AI Overclocking").

On my ASUS BIOS (which is set to moderately overclock an Intel 7820X to 4.5GHz using 2666MHz DDR4 RAM):

    ASUS BIOS->AI Tweaker->
    ----------------------
    AI Overclock Tuner = XMP
XMP = XMP (your memory should be shown here by default if XMP is set)
    CPU Strap = 100 (default)
    BCLK Frequency = 100.000 (default)
    ASUS Multicore Enhancement = Disabled
    AVX instruction Core = AUTO
    AVX512 instruction core = AUTO
CPU Ratio = Sync All Cores (i found this worked best on my rig for cubase...)
CPU Core Ratio Limit = 45 (cos in my case i found 4.5GHz (45 x BCLK Frequency) gave the best overall reliability/performance ratio. Your chip should go even higher, though you ***MUST*** benchtest and check CPU/SYSTEM temps afterward! )
    Min Core Ratio = AUTO
    Max Core Ratio = AUTO
BCLK Frequency/DRAM Frequency Ratio = AUTO
DRAM Frequency: DDR4 2666MHz (in your case it'd be 3200MHz)
    TPU = Keep Current Settings
    CPU SVID Support = Disabled

Do try to tread carefully before you go crazy trying to overtune your PC. Recklessness in this area can be counter productive and costly! Saying that, as long as you properly bench test your kit as you slowly increase the CPU core ratio limit you should be fine!

You says "XMP = XMP (your memory should be shown here by default if XMP is set)"
and if i tweak enabled the XMP says i "DDR4-3200 16-18-18-36-1.35V".
Also in "Ai Tweaker" i read Target DRAM Frequency @ 3200MHz only if i set XMP I & II, but if i set "Ai Overclock Tuner" as "Auto" DRAM frequency change @ 2133MHz.
CPU is set to 3.60 GHz. In Ai Tweaker my CPU Turbo Mode and AVX Frequency goes @5000 MHz.
I don't have the right security to overclock especially if I have to change Vol-settings- Advanced Setting in my Asus have many options and lines i not understand. But i think maybe it's can get a little more ...

Looking good. BTW there's no need to go into advance settings - by default they're set to AUTO anyway.

With the above settings, all you need to change afterwards (to speed up the CPU) is to change the CPU Core Ratio Limit. You should easily be able to hit 4.5GHz (i.e. CPU ratio 45 x 100 base clock). As i mentioned above, the trick is increment bit by bit (and always benchtest afterward to ensure your CPU/System isn't getting too hot) until you hit your PCs sweet spot. It'll take a bit of time but it's well worth taking the effort!

just enabled that (XMP DDR$-3200 16-18-18-36-1.35V) nothing to worry about. Since you have updated bios it would have updated XMP settings.

If your system become unstable for some reason the only thing you have to do is this:

But no need to lower DRAM frequency if your system is stable.

If I was you I would also do a mild overclock of CPU with EZtuning wizard. It does it automatically for you and usually works great.

If you're still a bit nervous about overclocking this vid should help you out, particularly as the guy going over it is using the same motherboard as yourself:

On reflection, @Daskeladden's advice about using the built-in EZ Tuning Wizard is probably best for you just now.

    Thanks
sorry if i'm not quick to answer
Thanks @Paul Pi for video but i'm not good also in english and he speak very fast to me.
So for RAM I can simply enable XMP in EZ Mode and then go to AI Overclock Tuner and select XMP I or II profiles.
    But i shouldn't configure the voltages or they change automatically (at 2133 MHz i have 1.20 V while 3200 MHz i need 1.350 V.
Instead for the CPU i put Sync All Cores and configure everything (core ratio) at 40 or 43 (to have the cpu at 4.0 or 4.3 GHz). Nothing else?
@Daskeladden we have same Uefi Bios screens: some detailed but simple passage step by step? There is something to cpu voltage? You and Paul Pi you have been very clear, but then in the bios i see too many options. Ok it's the last time, i swear ... hope

YES. I suggest you use XMP I, which should then set your RAM to its specified stock speed i.e. 3200MHz

YES - unless you know precisely what you're doing, you should definitely let the motherboard set all voltages automatically! :like:

YES - but i believe your 9900k CPU should be able to go even faster, maybe even beyond 5GHz... i would start at 45 (i.e. 4.5GHz) and work my way up from there, though this of course will be dependant on the quality of your CPU & system cooling fan, as well as the airflow efficiency inside your PC.

Any other significant BIOS adjustents have been already covered above, but to summarise once again:

    Intel (Enhanced) Speedstep = DISABLED
    Turbo Mode = ENABLED
    Automonous Core C-State = DISABLED
Intel Speed Shift Technology = DISABLED

The desired target for a DAW is to ensure general working temperatures are reasonable and that your PC is highly responsive and stable at all times - not to set a new world overclocking record!

Good luck - do please let us know how it goes once you're happy!

@adrian i suggest you do not overclock, forget it. The bios profiles are ok, but you dont want ANY extra instability when processing audio realtime

I'm playing very little now and i don't need more oc because i solved with some little optimization in bios and os, but i think when i am busy with heavier projects i will proceed with a light oc (RAM at his own speed and CPU between 4 and 4.2 GHz) following the indications by Paul Pi and Daskeladden, that seem sensible and prudent to me.
Thanks to all people which helped to clarify my ideas.

uSE ASIO drivers not WDm convert to wav even when you mute a instrument it use power i put no instrument on track converted to audio
128 tracks no problem upate your Bio and motherboard drivers really like the CPU ones and and bridge your on a I9 intel very new so lots of updates What motherboard are you using did you build yourself so many parameters to look at PM if nothing works for you I will do my best Im an IT server guy i build the backbone
