I have it for years, got used to "hearing it" but not "listening to it". Same with "threads and dots" in my eyes. They are always there but i barely "see" them unless I willingly "watch". Hang on, bro!

Here is a German youtube chanel who has special exercises for different pain relieves. You have to follow the exact protocol he is speaking about.

He shows how to remove tensions from the body.

Try the automatic translator if you need for other languages.

    It might help.

Myself I used a lot of his exercises and they helped me a lot. Good luck.

    Quick google suggests it does

Drinking alcohol increases blood flow to the inner ear, which can cause tinnitus – a ringing, buzzing or swooshing sound in the ears. This condition can resolve itself in a few hours, but can still be quite annoying while it is present. Excessive drinking on a regular basis can lead to permanent tinnitus

Alcohol also suppresses the immune system and if there is a bacterial/fungal/viral source of your tinnitus, that will play a role there.

I never really believed people that your tinnitus can let you hear your own pulse in your ear but it's happened today. Fucking sucks. I don't think mine came from drinking though because I got it when I never drank. It was actually after going to shows without ear protection but I have noticed whenever I do happen to drink it does maximise it.

It's what I've done with constant white noise machines, ambient drone, black metal and anything else while I sleep which helps but I refuse to believe that there is absolutely nothing i can do to help me.

Thanks for the mention, will try Ginko Balboa too, never tried it but have heard of it. It is true, the more I hyperfocus on the EEEEEEeeeeEEEEE the more anxious I become because of it.

That's why sound intake has become a 24/7 process for me which has oddly helped me seperate and pick apart sounds better because I'm almost constantly hearing music since I'm lucky enough to work from home.

Whether it's for enjoyment, focus, creation or relaxation/sleep. Music has become a constant in my life and I have actually been turning out better because of it as a result. It's nice.

Can there be a connection between eye floaters and tinnitus?

Because I had eye floaters since i was a kid but since the last 6 years I've had these horrendous ear peeps on top of those gross looking cumshots in mein eyes of vision, especially if I look at the sky. *Doggo Coughs n Gags*

I've had it for as long as I can remember and just learned to live with it. It's always there but doesn't really bother me most of the time. Sometimes it can get a bit loud, like right after getting up, or if I have low blood pressure. But most of the time if I'm distracted, I don't even notice it's there unless I consciously focus on it. Mine is somewhere around 11.000 Hz

I have the same. I never have to check my heartbeat because I can hear it in my ears constantly. :) And a constant white noise kinda ringing. I've mostly learned to live with it. Some days its worse than others but most of time I'm able to ignore it.

'Hearing your pulse' is called having palpatations, and has literally nothing to do with tinnitus, apart from the fact that both will get more frequent as you get older.

Mr. Samsone Tinnitus is perceived sound in ear in absence of any external source of sounds.

First of all get yourself assessed by A good ENT specialist to determine whether its actually Tinnitus or something else, because many underlying medical conditions gave rise to symptoms which may be mimic Tinnitus.

If your diagnosis is already done. Then effort should be made to eliminate any underlying patho-physiology including but not limited to audiometry tests, diagnostic imaging etc.

If it's idiopathic then treatment can be directed towards alleviation of symptoms. This can be used with varying degree of success in different patients otherwise treating the underlying condition will help a lot.

Monolaurin looks to be a good place to start for just over all better health as well as a possible regulator for tinnitus. The good thing is there are no side effects to speak with the use of monolaurin unless one has a coconut food allergy. It is recommended for those with an allergy to coconut to stay away from Monolaurin. Recommended dosages are 750mg @day to start and progress up to 1-3000mg per day.

Just made this account to tell you guys the supplement NAC cured my tinnitus. Cured it. I'm almost scared to say anything because I don't want to jinx it or something. I literally felt the noise shrinking and then it was gone. NAC is great for many things too. I feel like I hear better after taking it too. And I make sure to take it after long mixing/recording sessions.

    Red laser and taurine.

    https://www.healthpro.com.sg/blog-headlines/hearing-loss-and-tinnitus
Taurine improves the hearing ability in animals exposed to drugs like the antibiotic gentamicin, which is notoriously toxic to hearing (Liu 2008a). Animal studies using human equivalent doses of 700 mg to 3.2 grams per day of taurine over the course of several weeks demonstrate near-complete resolution of tinnitus with taurine supplementation (the animals had been trained in tasks that are sensitive to distraction by tinnitus) (Brozoski 2010).

After picking up electric guitar (and an EVH Iconic amp:disco:) I have had intermittent hearing issues.
Got the dBud 11-24 earplugs and use them on the -24 db setting.
This helps a great deal being around any loud sources.

I take NAC to offset my molly use but I don't think I've noticed any help in the tinnitus department. Maybe I need to have been taking it longer than like 2 months consecutively to notice those effects? Very ineteresting nonetheless. Never heard that about NAC. It's a sulfuric supplement so it smells like absolute ass and i hate taking it, which reminds me; gotta eat ass right now I guess LOL

I took it daily(still do) and I'm pretty sure the ringing was completely gone like a week later... Can't remember exactly. I started taking it for longevity reasons. Was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The pill form I take doesn't have much of a smell. The brand is NOW 1000mg NAC.

I've missed some days the first month but the past month I've taken it strictly daily. Maybe it is the brand, I have noticed switching brands helps alot cause I bought Ashwaghanda from one brand that didn't seem to do much but another brand had gummies that I could feel distinctively at each dose. Thanks for letting me know your brand, will switch to tablets, these capsules are making me gag each time and it's worse when it sticks to the tissue in your mouth/throat, it's hardcore lmao
