    Hello all,
First of all, I would like to thank everyone who takes the time to read and reply to my post / forum.

I would like to install "Omnispere 2.6 Complete (The Pirate)" on my Windows 10 Pro machine. I use Fruityloops.

I followed the instructions but I can't get it to work. I have searched everywhere (Internet & Youtube) but I cannot find a solution. Excuses me if this question has come up earlier.
I have disabled my antivirus, folder 1-15 I have extracted all of them. Folder "Spectrasonics" I created under "C: \ ProgramData" and in the folder "Spectrasonics" I copied the shortcut of "STEAM" and extracted unnecessary text like "shortcut" I'm stuck a step 6, first i get a black screen and then when i click on it it turns white.

Can someone assist me, with Teamviewer? Or just true the forum?

    Thanks!

I now think I got it working but now I run into another problem. When I open Omnispere as administrator outside of Fruity Loops it opens neatly but inside Fruity Loops the authorization window pops up. After entering the response code the authorization window pops up again. Anyone have an idea? I have attached some screenshots. Left screenshot is outside Fruity Loops and right screenshot is inside Fruity Loops.

Additional Info: Omnisphere is 64 bits and FL studio is also 64 bits.

    Thankyou!!
    Cheers
    Drew

Here we go again. Another Omnisphere thread by a newbie that was too freaking lazy to search for the answer which has been explained 1000000.
For the 10000000th time: Your problem is the result of you having either a 32bit Omnisphere dll, or an extra 64bit dll that you forgot to delete. Download this program and have it search for Omnisphere. It will show you all dlls you have in the search results. https://www.jam-software.com/ultrasearch You are supposed to have only 2.

Edit: The OP had 3 Omnisphere dll. One of which was a 32bit dll that was revealed by Ultrasearch.

you have not patch the Omnisphere.dll plugin two places:
    C:\Program Files\VstPlugIns
    C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics\plug-ins\64bit

I have an idea for AS staff:
There should be a requirement for the OP visiting a certain number of threads on this forum before being enabled to start a new thread.
It would prevent that newbies start redundant threads.
When the newbie intends to do his mistake, the site could conduct him to search for an existing thread.
The required minimum number of visited threads or activity could be kept non-public.

True, but only works works if the OP did not follow instructions. He said that he did. If he followed the instructions he was to patch BOTH dlls. Indeed, if the OP patched both dlls as instructed, the error he is having occurs ONLY when there is a third dll. Either a 32bit or a 64bit, with the 32 bit being the most likely to cause it because the new installers are only 64bit, and therefore, the 32 bit is left behind.

Everyone says that. We will find out very soon.:hahaha:

Okay strange that can cause any issues since the 32bit dll's are in a completely different folders than the 64 bits dll's.

They get scanned by the DAW, and conflict with Omnisphere which is only a 64 bit program after Software 2.4.2c. Therefore,
everyone that patched both dlls, and is able to open it as stand alone but can't open the VST is only because there is that extra 32bit dll which after 2.4c is not supposed to be there. In rare cases, there are 64 bit left over elsewhere from various attempts to install it. i have fixed installations with up to 5 dlls instead of the needed 2.

What @SAiNT needs to do is open that safe and put me on the payroll so I continue answering customer service calls for Omnisphere. :hahaha:

    Hi @The Pirate,
First of all, thanks for your work and support on this topic.
I followed all the instructions I could find:
    - I have only 2 .ddl files on my PC (Ultrasearch shows me that)
    C:\Program Files\Vstplugins\Omnisphere.dll
    C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics\plug-ins\64bit\Omnisphere.dll

Studio One 5 still fails to scan Omnisphere (after many tries and Blacklist resets).
    I have 2.6.4c on Windows.
    Standalone works perfectly.
Do you have any other tip I could try?

    Thanks

Check the paths Studio One is looking for VST's. Maybe it's not searching in C:\Program Files\Vstplugins
