that's quite a complex setup, make sure to disable in BIOS every device/controller you don't need, also make sure you're using correct drivers for everything, do NOT let Windows 10 find drivers automatically, ALWAYS use drivers provided on manufacturer's websites,
if you have plenty spare USB ports, never use both of the "pairs" next to each other,
also check potential firmware upgrades for your gear, I remember 970 EVO had problems so Samsung released newer firmware, similarly RME provides firmware through flash update utility,
don't skip on hardware tests, especially disk S.M.A.R.T. testing - if your spec is new, there's small chance any of the drives (or any other components) is faulty and may act crazy within the system, although it boots just fine...
another thing to keep an eye on are Windows Updates, indexing, searching, Cortana and telemetry spying - jokes aside, those all consume immense amount of CPU cycles when they get triggered, so observe if none of those things are actively running in the background,
last but not least, you have a nice amount of RAM, which needs to load and sync properly, observe if RAM speed is set properly in BIOS, in relation to your CPU clocks (eventual overclocks or some XMP profiles etc..),
not familiar with Studio One that much, but I'd start with unplugging all your MIDI devices, and try "onscreen MIDI keyboard" (as it is called in Reaper for ex.) - sometimes MIDI controllers may clash with your audio interface clock if not treated properly by a DAW

2) How to set properly RAM speed in BIOS, in relation to my CPU clocks (i've read the XMP profiles in the bios menu but i untouched this), what values i must to read? What values insert?
and other two:
3) my ram speed @ 2133MHz is low? I must change it also if is a lot (yeah quantity is not velocity)
4) if buy videoboard to no sharing ram is good solution? (what videoboard?)

no, choice of components is alright, but keep in mind the more features you have, the more is running in Windows
(- I learned this again recently, when I saw how old i5-2500 PC with HDD and 16GB ram boots faster than i7-5820K with NVME SSD and 32GB ram - I don't fully understand why, but sometimes "more" is not always faster)
if it's running at 2133MHz as what manufacturer intended then it's alright - years back I bought some 2666MHz kit and it was stuck at 2133MHz until I tweaked some BIOS settings
having dedicated graphics card may help, but it can also complicate things, because it's "another" device in the system,
I prefer using dedicated graphics cards since they usually offer superior performance - but not for purely audio tasks of course, good thing is most graphics cards nowadays are zero noise, they spin fans only after reaching certain threshold temperature, around 60°C usually,
since you're using intergrated graphics for now, you may want to adjust its initial allocated memory to higher value in BIOS (I suggest something like 512MB or 1GB, since you already have plenty RAM to spare)

When nothing when too much? These are LatencyMon screens for process, drivers, cpu, main, after my tweaks, running StudioOne song with Arturia Buchla, Real Guitar, StylusRMX, with WiFi active and searching midi files and running on the net, with and Firewall Defender active, with reduced sample buffer of Babyface at 128 samples. No more click and crackle.
Perhaps in a previous post with the list of my interventions on o.s. i forgot to say that i have also disabled a kind of USB multi-card reader drive.
But i still think there is something wrong with my configuration.

my guess is that your main problem is your HDD hard disks. You should have everything on SSD hard disks not only your system. HDD should only be used for backups, movies and pictures and stuff like that. If you use a DAW project with, libraries or any thing connected to HDD it will make your whole system slower and laggier. It will also influence the possibility to lower buffer size without click and pops. So not anything used in your DAW should be connected to HDD.
Also your hard pagefault is pretty high (4283). This is probably because you have network adapters enabled and defender enabled. Not a big deal but it will go down if you disable those two things. At least add Studio One exe. file to process exclusion in Defender.

I have the same motherboard with a i7 8700 and 16GB RAM 2133 MHz,no graphics board on my pc and I can run projects at 48 samples of latency.
So I don't think your problem comes from your RAM or your graphics.But you should have a look at Intel's website and download all the latest drivers for your system,I remember I had some issues with the Intel onboard graphics' drivers in the past.

 

I think @Daskeladden's point about HDDs vs SSDs is quite valid but imho secondary. However, his closing recommendation about re-testing with both Wi-Fi adaptor & Windows Defender disabled is absolutely spot on (especially the wi-fi adaptor) and should really damp down those remaining issues!

 

I have a bunch of HDDs 7200 rpm on my pc for samples and libraries + SSD for Windows and all works fine.The problem doesn't come from these HDDs in my opinion.

Thanks to @Daskeladden and to all people for answers.
Ok. But please, someone (could) read from beginning.
Problem of click and crackle appeared with not tweaked PC, simple StudioOne song with only two VSTi and Babyface at 512 sample.
Now, after the tweaks that i said in a previous reply, maybe i solved the problems, but i can say it with certainty only in a little while.
Now i go with Studio One song with 5 VSTi (Arturia Buchla, Real Guitar, Stylus RMX, EZDrummer, and not remember what else), at 128 samples, without click 'n'crackle and i left firewall and defender active just for testing but sure they will need to be disabled in the future for serious play with the DAW.
The main problem probably came from the flash card reader \ writer, but also from leave enabled on board audio, from the power setting with "Aura On" in the Bios and in the o.s. and also from other settings (please read my previous reply).
Now everything seems ok, appears.
But i think i must change some other thing in the Bios but what?
It may be interesting to collect the various problems of users with their configurations and solutions.
My seller assembled PC, i'm not able to do it. Many sellers do not know the needs of a daw and do not listen to you, so you find yourself a lot of things that not only do not serve you but hinder you and it is more difficult to solve problems after a wrong initial installation.

nahh, but very high pagefault could indicate too much happening in the background. Just keep an eye out for it.

Never said it's not working, but it is a bottleneck. And "working fine" could mean anything. I'm talking about RTL (overall latency) around 3ms while recording live with libraries and plugins. HDD is slower no question about it. I see no reason to use any HDD linked to any project in 2020. SSD's comes pretty cheap these days.

Thanks but please how to set properly my RAM? Speed is set to his own (i checked with cpu-z and it's at its speed: 2132 MHz) but XMP profile i don't known, in the Bios i think is untouched

 

you have so low MHz on your memory so no point in turning on the XMP. I would say it's better to turn XMP off (if it's on) and let the memory run on stock speed. Trying to overclock 2132 MHz would make your system unstable.

Why do you say that? Also Cpu-z report 2132MHz. You make me worry about being screwed.
I checked the dealer's receipt, and double checked with CPU-Z and saw the corresponding number on the site my RAM it should be like yours DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200, (4 x 16 GB modules Vengeance LPX 3200MHz, CMK32GX4M2B3200C16, SPD Speed 2133MHz; it's obviously dual ranks with max bandwidth for channel 1066 MHz).
Please can you clarify me?

Basically i think the point is that (for now at least) you should set all your RAM speed settings to AUTO until/unless you have both the need and experience to overclock your expensive kit properly. Otherwise you can end up making things actually worse...

 

In your first post you say that your ram is 2132MHz. So are you saying that your ram is 3200MHz? If so enable XMP profile 1 in bios (be sure to save when going out of bios):

 

By "working fine " I mean I run projects (40 tracks on average) with 64 samples of latency,for the heavier projects 128 samples.

HDD are slower,no doubt about that but what I want is reliability on the long term personnally.Maybe SSDs are worth it for people who make their music 100% with samples but it's not the case for myself.
