Well, those were the first two I thought of *lol* Breaking Bad is not a comedy overall but it had a lot of funny DARK moments and it's worth watching.

 

Just about all of Wes Andersons and the Cohen Brothers films. TV wise.... Hmmmmmm, I'll think about it.
And of course my show, The Young Pope is excellent with Jude Law as a chainsmoking Pontiff is fun, as is series 2, The New Pope. Any show where John Malkovitch plays the Pope and a Cardinal tells him he looks like the actor John Malkovitch has a special humour.
The End of the F***ing World is bleak teen fun! and if you havent seen The Lobster, you really must.

Has to be the BBC series "League of Gentlemen" the first two series are a gem.

 

I haven't seen Killing Eve but I'm currently watching the second season of Happy!, which stars Patton Oswalt as an imaginary friend and is very violent and funny — which, from what I understand, is also Killing Eve's thing. Maybe a bit more surreal/absurd, but still very dark and funny.
I also liked Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency with Elijah Wood a lot for the same reasons, even though it deviates from the Douglas Adam's book quite a bit.
In a similar vein I loved Flowers about mental illness and Ideal with Johnny Vegas — both English comedies that are very dark, funny and absurd.

No! Plot sounds interesting, thanks. Not heard of before.
But yes to the Vincent Price '64 one, and yes to the 2012 one. Strange that IMDB says that the recent one is a homage to the "Carpenter films of the late '70s".

Zach Galifianakis is the man! haha. First found him as Ray in 'Bored To Death'. Loved that show. And the music was alright, too!

 

The new Dirk Gently was fantastic.

I can definitely recommend how high on Netflix. It's with Method Man and Redman. Eurotrip is an amazing movie too. I couldn't stop laughing while watching these movies

 

Most of the ones I wanted to mention have been mentioned already, but Avenue 5 is quite good! And weirdly prescient in these corona times!

 

i thought it was hilarious when the younger guys missus choked on her own vomit and died

 

i havent seen any of them, but i like dark comedy, so i will try them. once i have watched them i might be able to suggest similar things.

 

if you want good dark comedy done right google frankie boyle nothings off limits with his stand up

 

he is one of my favourites too. jimmy norton is by far my favourite though! i have yet to find anybody that makes me laugh as much as he does.
